1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of food and perishable items, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Fresh or frozen food products
  • Perishable items

  • Opened or used packaged goods

However, refunds or replacements may be provided if:

  • You received a damaged or spoiled item

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • An item is missing from your order


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue


3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider


4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped or prepared for delivery.

5. Non-Refundable Items
